Tourist Information is adjusted for for people with disabilities and is equipped with a changing table for infants.

The Tourist Information holds regular exhibitions and meetings with interesting people, including tourist guides, travelers and writers.

We have also seasonal Baltic Tourist Information Point and mobile Tourist Information teams.

In 2011, the Tourist Information in Gdynia has received a certificate by the Polish Tourist Organization confirming the highest quality of service in the facility – four stars.

Wyposażone są w identyfikatory, plecaki, koszulki i kurtki z logo informacji turystycznej i logo Gdyni oraz informacyjne i bezpłatne materiały promocyjne. Działają w okresie sezonu letniego, tj. od 01.05 do 30.09.
